1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Blueth (blueth.online), making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. “Blueth” refers to the platform operated by LaunchDay Studio Inc.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each individual may hold only one account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Digital Products

All sales of digital products on Blueth — including plugins, mods, and resource packs — are final. Refunds are not provided for digital goods unless the product is materially defective and does not function as described. If you believe a product is defective, contact us at info@launchdaystudio.com within 14 days of purchase.

4. No Resale

Purchased digital products are licensed for personal use or use on a single Minecraft server. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share purchased products with third parties. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All plugins, source code, designs, trademarks, and other content created by LaunchDay Studio and published on Blueth remain the exclusive property of LaunchDay Studio Inc. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our products except as expressly permitted.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload to the platform, including avatars and server listing information. By uploading content, you grant Blueth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the platform. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

7. Server Listings

Blueth provides a directory of third-party Minecraft servers as a community service. Blueth and LaunchDay Studio are not responsible for the content, conduct, or availability of third-party servers listed on the platform. Server operators are solely responsible for their servers and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Modifications to Terms

Blueth reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blueth and LaunchDay Studio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages from plugin use, server downtime, data loss, or inability to access purchased products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Blueth may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Purchases made prior to termination remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the UAE, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
